Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful completion of services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to requests for feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner

  • Supply all required materials (text, images, branding, logins, etc.) unless otherwise agreed
     

Delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Radiant Business Solutions.

 

Payments & Fees

All pricing, payment schedules, and due dates will be outlined in your proposal or contract.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

  • Final deliverables may not be released until payment is received in full

We reserve the right to charge late fees where permitted by law.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services:

  • No refunds are provided for completed work

  • Deposits and payments for work already performed are non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled by the client, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date

Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing.

 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Radiant Business Solutions retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and unused materials

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, plugins, themes, or integrations. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party providers

  • Downtime, errors, or security issues caused by third-party services

  • Updates or discontinued features outside our control

Clients are responsible for complying with third-party terms and fees.

 

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased traffic, revenue, rankings, or conversions. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Business Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Content you provide

  • Your use of the website or services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
     

 

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not knowingly disclose private or proprietary information without consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide services.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or access if these Terms are violated or if continued work becomes unreasonably difficult due to lack of cooperation, communication, or payment.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Radiant Business Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
